Howard Eichenblatt

Biography

Mr. Eichenblatt has over a decade of experience as an Engineer and as a Patent Attorney, and has successfully prosecuted hundreds of patent applications for software, hardware, medical devices, commercial products, and industrial designs.  On behalf of his clients, he has negotiated several hundred thousand dollar settlements for patent, trademark, and copyright infringement disputes.  Mr. Eichenblatt also provides consultation on and assistance with domestic and far-east manufacturing.

Before opening his own practice, Mr. Eichenblatt worked for several years as a researcher in the chemical engineering department of Rutgers University. His research projects included the stress properties of pharmaceutical machinery and the bioremedial capacities of microorganisms. Subsequently, Mr. Eichenblatt worked as a Research and Development Engineer at SPC, designing machines for ultra-hazardous dust control.
