Adam Gertz

Biography

As Managing Partner, Adam directs MGL's interactive media, technology, entertainment, and transactional practices. In that capacity, Adam oversees all types of transactions including game publishing and development, IP licensing and acquisition, talent and creator services, advertising and brand activations, financing, and, more recently, UGC agreements and UGC platform compliance. Adam also oversees the firm's fractional general counsel work, as well as data privacy/compliance and dispute resolution. Adam's clients include individual artists and content creators, independent development teams, technology companies,  UGC platforms,  large publishers, and multi million dollar consumer brands. In his free time, when he's not playing the latest open world masterpiece or being carried in an FPS by his friends and colleagues, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, his two daughters, and their dog Cora.
